Beeker is a two year old, male, Bluetick/Treeing Walker mix.
He walks well on a leash and is potty trained. Beek is a serious guy with moments where his silly side shines through. He loves to roll on his back while grunting and fake sneezing, and he thinks this is hilarious! Well, he’s not wrong!
If Beeker were a human he would have a day job as forensic accountant and moonlight as a comedian. Along with his comedic antics he has a serious case of wanderlust. Because of this, his yard must have a six foot, secured fence. This means excellent posts and sturdy planks, and no chain link. There can be no areas where he could dig under or hop over, because he will!
Ultimately his perfect home would be a condo/townhouse style type of living. Beeker’s ideal person would work from home and want a companion that will force them to take several walks per day. They would let him stop and smell the roses and let him take it all in.
Beeker plays well with all dogs, and he is exceptional with smaller dogs and does well with cats. Yeah, I know right!!?! Imagine our surprise when we discovered his adoration and love of cats!!!
Beeker has human-like eyes that can warm the coldest heart. He is a soulful guy that is looking for a long term commitment. He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, heartworm negative, and chipped, and is currently being fostered in Aurora, Colorado.
