Buster the kid made his way to us just a few short weeks ago. But it’s hard for us to remember a time when he wasn’t making us laugh and serving as the world’s best sidekick. “The Kid”, as we like to refer to him, has two modes: Playing for hours with his foster siblings in the backyard and sitting right next to you as you plan your next move.
When moving around the house he likes to follow you to ensure you have your trusty sidekick. This means that sometimes he can wind up stepping on the back of your heel-good thing he’s light-weight.
If you are easily annoyed by your sidekick being 100% supportive and with you at any given time to aid in whatever task is at hand…Buster is not your dog!
The Kid has several superpowers that he has just started becoming aware of:
- He walks well on a leash
- He can make any dog or human like him
- He is potty trained
- He only barks when playing with other dogs
- He is loving and docile
- He has no known allergies, including kryptonite
One of Buster’s favorite pastimes is curling up with his superhero human. He needs a canine companion that is going to give him a run for his money and wants to play, play, play. And when it’s time, The Kid also needs a companion that will want to cuddle up and rest.
Like all new sidekicks, Buster is still trying to build muscle mass and gain some weight. However, it should be noted that he is pint-sized and won’t get much bigger than 40-42 pounds.
Buster’s new family will have a 6 foot secured fenced yard and kids that are older than five years old. They will keep him active and engaged with toys and walks.
They will spoil him and include him in almost every facet of their lives. They will understand that not all of his superpowers have been detected and even more amazing things are to come from Buster the Kid!
The Kid is currently being fostered in Aurora, Colorado. He is up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped.
