Odessa’s name means “long journey”. She arrived several weeks ago from Arkansas as a very skinny girl, and she has had a few litters already in her young life. This leggy redhead had no idea how to just be a dog
With our care, she has gained some much needed weight and is finally learning what life as a house dog can be like! Odessa has one of the sweetest personalities we’ve ever encountered. This gorgeous girl loves absolutely everyone – dogs of all types and sizes and kids are high on her list! We suspect she might even love cats (even though we haven’t tested her with kitties yet). Odessa is super playful and energetic. We recommend another playful dog in her home to match her energy. She also wants lots of toys and chewies to keep her happy.
Odessa is a young dog and the world is a new and exciting place for her now! She walks great on a leash, is fully potty-trained, able to use a dog door. Odessa wants to be around people, but can be crated when needed. If you want a sweet and wonderful family member, then Odessa is your girl! As a Great Dane mix, Odessa is extremely loving and just wants affection from her people. She would be a great addition to your family. She would love to be with people who will include her in every part of their life. She is an absolute gem!!
