Denver is a mixture of pink bubble gum tongue, caramel colored eyes, and a powdered sugar coat.
You see what I am getting at here…He’s just so sweet.
Denver wound up at the shelter in Carlsbad, New Mexico. As soon as we saw his face and learned his name, we knew he needed to live in Colorado. Denver loves all dogs and humans. He has never met a stranger, and even tested well with cats!
This handsome boy is potty-trained and knows basic commands. Denver walks incredibly well on a leash and even sits while you put his harness on, can you believe it? Such a good boy!! He’s got good energy, and has pep in his step. Denver loves playing with the rest of his foster pack, and knows how to share; he doesn’t have any resource guarding issues. Plus, he likes to swim!
Denver can be a bit scared of new people walking into his foster home. As a result, it takes him a minute to assess the situation and figure out if it’s safe to approach. Once he does, you’ve got a new BFF.
Denver’s perfect home will have a six foot fenced backyard and a canine companion. No kids under ten please.
