Have you ever seen a dawg and thought, “How cute is that? He’s smiling!”. Well, let me tell you, Caleb is a super smiley guy!!! Just happy in life and happy to be loved! This boy has a lot of puppy in him at 1.5 years of age, born July 2017…..knowing his birthday, you could have a little puppy party for him, too…..think how big that would make him smile!!! Caleb is a Chinese Shar Pei cross. Even though he doesn’t have the typical Shar Pei wrinkles, it’s easy to see that he come from this bloodline. His black fur is just yummy, lucious and snuggly! Something else to smile about, right?
So Caleb is high energy and would adore having someone who can take him for a walk, hike or run on a leash everyday. He must have a home with a fenced yard. Caleb loves his people and is not food aggressive. A total smarty pants….he sits for food, is kennel trained, semi-house trained and goes into his kennel when left alone. Caleb CAN’T be in a home with other male dawgs as he behaves unpredictably and dominant. But he would be fine with another female dawg with the same energy level. He has shown a definite prey drive and will pursue small dogs and animals and cats. Caleb is soft and cuddly and loves to sleep in bed. When he is sleeping, he often has the cutest smile on his face cuz he’s dreaming sweet puppy dreams about his future furever family!
